The Hyper Sprint Fitness Program (HFS) is all about your fitness goals and toning up in a fun and cool way!
This Hyper Program is a fusion of plyometric fitness drills self-defence self defence skills in a fun, high energy non intimidating environment. With a female instructor who is professionally trained to help you reach your goals.

The 1 week taster class is completely free of charge and is designed to give you a taste of what Hyper Fitness Sprint has to offer. It will be roughly 50 minutes and will include a warm up, stretch, cardio fat burn section, pad work, body conditioning and toning and self defence, all based on a fusion of kickboxing & self defence moves but with no direct contact involved.
Every exercise has different levels so it's suitable for all abilities and you can push yourself as far as you want to in a friendly, non competitive and supportive atmosphere.
If you enjoy the taster and want to join the Fitness sprint 6 week course then we have a fantastic joining offer available which includes your gloves, T-shirt or vest and 6 weeks of training.
