My favourite achievement has to be implementing the Hyper Programs and empowering the students to work not only as individuals but in teams and really develop their leadership skills. My favourite moment was not only to see a student achieve a World Championship 1st place, but to see her overcome her confidence goals and perform in front of thousands of people. Something her parents never thought would be possible. Heather joined the academy to train alongside her two sons achieving her Black Belt and now working towards her 2nd Dan. She is one of Master Scott’s senior instructor team working alongside Joel to support the Master instructor in all areas of the academy. As a mum herself she understands the needs of the children and also the parents too. She has developed the Ninja life skills programme alongside Master Scott and as a fully certified Hyper Instructor she teaches the Pro Training sessions with Joel. She has competed successfully herself winning World and US Open titles and now passes on her skills to help the students to achieve their goals too.

Her attention to detail and total empathy for students of all ages make her a favourite with everyone. Heather enjoys her role and is particularly proud of the champions she has help to develop and in turn give them valuable life skills to meet any challenge at school or work.

My favourite program is hyper fight club, martial arts at our Ramsey and Huntingdon academies, building the self-confidence and self defence 7 to 16 year olds.
